something is not properly grounded

Its the EGR valve. Had exactly the same problems on my old 1.9 JTD.

You can take it off and remove all the carbon crud thats built up inside but the problem WILL return unfortunately. Its a mechanical failure so no error codes will be shown for this fault. You can also block them off which will return all of your power but also possibly make it an MOT failure due to excess soot coming from the exhaust.

you have to get down the gear box to check it .
maybe it's not a damage clutch .....

use a test light or pull them to ensure they are not blown otherwise replace them if you are trying to use the cigarette lighter itself they do burn out a few dollars for a new one but yes check the fuses themselves

Your problem here is most likely going to be with the glow plug relay / timer unit -- you will need to renew that.

From memory (!) I think these are located on the bulkhead of the van or the inner wing - but when you go to the Fiat parts dept. to get your new part - just ask them to show you in the parts screen where it is located exactly.

Once you renew that , it should be sorted for you ;)

You should get your TDC sensor checked. TDC sensors can play funny tricks and get you off track very easily.

well yes sort of yu crank the engine until yu have fresh fuel at the lines right off the injector tops and then try and start it

normaly the ecu resets when the car is not running and u lock the doors wait 5 mins this normaly resets this

you do have some power or it wouldn't start on a push. Ckhk your connections to battery. Remove, clean and reinstall.

HI,YOU COULD BE DRIVEING VAN WITH A LIGHT FOOT,GIVE IT A GOOD FAST RUN UP THE MOTORWAY TAKEING THE REVS UP TO ABOUT 4000REVS/MIN ,IT WILL GIVE IT A GOOD CLEAROUT OF THE SYSTEM,AND SHOULD CURE IT,THANKS

PS The car was a Punto not a Pininfarina, however the drop down boxes could not be edited for some reason. I had to choose a car from the list ?

most windscreen failures can be traced back to blocked nozzles as the water and the cleaning product causes corrosion that blocks the small jets another reason is that the plastic reservoir cracks and drains the water out unknown to the operator so those are the 2 areas to check first
