Hello and welcome to FixYa!
I believe that there's no connection to the first issue. I suggest that you have the brake fluid lines bled out. There must be air on it that's why the brakes is locking up. You may need to replace the brake pistons as well if found out that it's worn out.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
Hi,im facing an engine miss
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
You may want to start on spark plug replacement. If the spark plug has big gaps, corroded, covered with carbon or just faulty it can misfire. There's fuel but not enough current to burn it that's why it misfires. I believe you'll be good after the spark plug replacement. If problem still persist please keep me posted.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
Cigarette lighter does not work
Hello
You have blown the fuse for the cigar lighter when you used the air pump. It will likely be a 25 or 30 amp fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box that is blown. If you don't have an owners manual buy a cheap 12 volt test light and probe the sides of the fuses with the key in the off position, if you find a fuse that lights only when one side is touched that is the blown fuse.
My 1988 Daihatsu Feroza is
The issue is one of over-fast idling. First thing is to check coolant level in the engine. Make sure that the coolant is at the 'max' in the reservoir (1:1 mix of water : antifreeze). Low coolant would preve nt the ECU from detecting the car is at operational temperature. When the car is cold the ECU extends injection times to keep the car running but when warmed up the injection times are again shortened to reduce engine speed at idle. Also at idle, the Idle air control valve (IAC) on the throttle opens to allow air to by-pass the closed throttle plate. Check that as the engine gets warm that the coolant hoses to the throttle body become warm (showing that no blockage is preventing coolant circulation). Check that IAC air passage is clear and that valve can open freely. If the IAC coolant hoses are blocked or the valve is jammed open this would account for the very high idle speed. If everything looks OK check the PCV hose from the valve cover to the throttle and make sure that there are no blockages in it.
Is the Daihatsu Scat F60
They are basically the same but the F60 has a 2.8 motor and the Blizzard a 2.2. I have motor and chassis manuals for the Daihatsu but not to sell. I may be able to copy specific parts of the manual you need. Where are you? (I am in Perth). David

Oil is dripping from somewhere
Well, I have never heard of an oil leak that only drips and/or burns when stepping on the gas pedal. Other than that, all I can say is that the problem is that you have an oil leak. You must VISUALLY inspect the engine to find out where it is leaking from (Hard to do over the internet). If you can tell me exactly where it is leaking from, I can give you instructions on how to repair it.
I pulled it apart and
I don't have a very good description of what part you are working on, but sounds to me like you are either removing an engine or transmission and you are probably looking at a dowel pin. There are usually 2 in either the engine or transmission and they help to line everything up during reassembly.
