Hi eze-e, Do you have 2-stage unlocking programmed? By this I mean do you have to press the unlock button TWICE to get the passenger door unlocked? If so, the rear hatch unlocks at the same time as the passenger door - with the second press of the unlock button.

check the blogs out on the net. apperentely the mini coopers have transmission problems. My 2004 with less the 49,000 miles just went out. I thought it was a theow out bearing also. But I was wrong.

Did you check the fuse panel? I see you've reset it, seems like its a fuse or short in your wiring somewhere. Check all the wiring or have someone look into if for you.

You or I should say, a dealer or repair shop,would start with factory reference materialor trouble charts ,& then do some testing,to answer the question

On an '02 the tire pressure light is under the parking brake lever or on the side of the parking brake cover. You will have to reset your tire light to make it turn off. Press and hold button for five seconds with the key in the on position but engine not started. Then start car and drive for a couple miles by which the light will go out. If the light does not go out you might have a problem with the sensor that sends information to the tire pressure module.

Engine will not start, it's getting fuel it turn over what could it be, could it be that the crank sensor or a security system

clutch is worn or slave cylinder is bad i would look at thee slave cylinder first its easier

When the car warms up, the oil will settle in. This can cause the oil to sink below the low oil sensor. When it is warm, check the oil, while it's running. There are 2 lines on the dipstick, 1 for cold and 1 for hot. Check the "hot line" to see if you need oil. If you do, be careful to not overfill it.
