My rear air bags are
you can remove the rear lines at the air bags to deflate. most likely the problem is the air suspension control module is not turning the venting valve on to release the air from the bags.

The oilsending unit is leaking
Hello, I can tell you most of the oil sending units are close to the oil filter because the oil flow is going to the oil filter. There are some which face the front of the car, but almost always the sender is on the same side of the car as the filter. A Drivers side filter would have a sender on the front drivers side for a front mount and next to the filter on a side mount.
You did not indicate what vehicle you have, but this should be correct.

I followed the serpinetine belt
Then it is too loose. Double check but I'm pretty sure your adjustment is on the Alternator bracket. You loosen the bottom bolt which allows it to picot on the bracket, then loosen the upper bracket bolt and pull it outward to tighten it, lock the bolts back down and it should resolve your problem. If you have a spring loaded assembly that applies tension and you have to release to get the belt on and off then you may need to replace that or your not getting the belt all the way on. If even one of those channels on that belt don't line up properly the belt will work itself off. If you have a frozen or damaged pulley it will do this as well.

Drivers seat power assembly and
Hello
The only way to get these parts is to buy them used, Ford no longer makes them new. Below is a link to a used part search engine, fill out the request for what is needed and then submit it, the search goes out to 100's of auto salvage yards and they will contact you if they have the parts you need, the parts are guaranteed. Fixya has no parts locator service directly and we are not affiliated with any used part company or search engine, we are simply helping you to find what you need.

1995 Mark viii 4.6L. Problem
Assuming you don't have any stray vacuum lines, I'd look into the TPS (throttle position sensor) Most idling problems can be traced back to the TPS.

I just bought a 1996
It could be a ground wire. I'm curious did the previous owner install the radio? Sometimes people just install a radio to the nearest power, ground and remote wire without any precautions on what they tap in to. Part of what you are hearing is alternator and/or ignition noise. Between the two noises my concern is that the installer might have tapped into a blower motor wire for either power or ground. The noise itself can be fixed with a 20 amp noise filter such as this one
http://www.amazon.com/Heavy-Automotive-Noise-Filter-270-055/dp/B000T306DY but I suspect a bigger issue. Either you or someone knowledgeable with car audio installation should pull that radio out and check all the connections and where they are tapped in to and install it properly. The engine noise itself can be fixed with the noise filter. This popping sound I feel is a short from mis installation. I have seen cars get dash fires from this. I never like to worry people but I am also honest. I would tend to this soon. Good luck.

Where is the cooling fan
jmsrock, I looked in both the boxes and it doesn't show a cooling fan relay which does surprise me. You might want to check the temp sending unit to make sure that is working as well as the connections from there to your "Computer" for any loose wires. I don't even see a fuse for the cooling fan. Does it turn on when you turn the A/C on? Check to make sure the fan motor itself is good. Do you not have an owners manual as that would have listed your fuse locations for you. If you don't have one you can post a reply with your email or if you don't want to do that you can email me at
[email protected] and I can send you one for your vehicle and don't worry I will send it to you for free. I have it on file in a PDF format. I hope this helped and good luck.

95 Lincoln mark 8
This is most likely caused by an erratic signal to the Air Ride Computer from one of the suspesion height sensors. You will have to scan your Suspension Control Moduleto find out which one.
