Lincoln door latch adjust
On a car of this age you usually have wear at the door hinge and the door starts to sag and it will make it hard to open and close. Find a local body shop, they should be able to change the hinge with either a new part or a good used part to improve your door operation.
Master cylinder or air in the line
Possibly master cylinder,but usually if you have to add fluid it's probably leaking if your getting fluid on every line but if your not possibly or master cylinder problem
Location of voltage regulator
Most are integral that is built on to the alternator 1 modular plug. Some did have a external regulator 2 individual studs and 1 wire module plug. If it is that style then look on battery side could be on radiator support or front apron.
Idels normally then just starts going way too high
Sounds to me like you have a idle position sensor bad. That is common on a 302 Ford engine. Very inexpensive part under $40.00 at autozone and only two bolts holding it in. Let us know if you get it fixed. Thanks

Get a copy of Hemmings classic cars magazine (www.hemmings.com), they feature ads from companies which make parts for all sorts of classic cars.
Or do a Google search for "classic car weatherstripping", this turns up quite a few companies to search through.

Gas guage doesnt work
It sounds like a problem with the fuel gauge sender unit in the fuel tank which has worn out and gone open circuit and needs replacing. Access to the unit is usually through a removable plate in the floor in the rear of the vehicle. Disconnect the wiring connector and any hoses and then remove the securing screws. Replacement is done by reversing procedure.
Cranks Up and Cuts Off
There are 4 possible problems: 1,) Loose or damaged wiring harness connections at distributor, coil, or alternator.2.) Intake manifold leaks or leaking vacuum connections.3.) insufficient fuel flow.4.) Plugged vent of charcoal canister (if equipped).
