How do i fix low
When you "fill" the tires they must be within 3 lbs of each other or the tire pressure warning light will come on. If the tires are "filled" correctly and the tire pressure light still comes on, you may have a tire pressure sensor that has gone bad. You would then have to take your car in to the dealer or tire shop to determine which tire sensor is bad.
Good luck.

Air bag light bulb change
Airbag SENSOR light bulb? Do you mean the airbag system warning lamp in the instrument cluster? That all depends on the YEAR and MODEL of your Lincoln. (which you did not mention)Some newer vehicles have LED's that are an integral part of the instrument cluster. If those go out, you must replace the entire cluster to fix it. Otherwise, the instrument cluster must be removed so the bulb can be replaced.

Fuel guage needle
It depends on what vehicle you have. Normally the dash trim around the instruments will pull off, or have screws under the top and sides, you might have to tilt the wheel and put it in low gear. Again, depending on what car you have, there may be other screws for surounding trim pieces. The panel will come out with screws and is self-explanitory after the trim is removed. Most instrument panels will have bulbs that have a plastic base and simply twist out. I know that it is a general guide, but if it helps, please rate!
