I have an '84 Mark

Hi!!
It could be passive alarm, but by the symptoms you describe, I would check the fuel pump pressure first. Borrow a Fuel Pump Tester form AutoZone, Checkers or similar auto parts store. Ask the attendant for the correct pressure. Here is a diag. on how to connect the Fuel Pump Pressure Tester.

Looking for a new or used instrument cluster 1984

I would check car-part.com. Enter the year, make and model, the part you need and your zip code, and it will return a listing of salvage yards in your area that would have it.

Dash comes and goes

There is a connector in the rear center of the cluster unit. Sounds like it may not be fully plugged in. Has someone recently worked under the dash?(new radio or alarm, etc.) This plug snaps into place when it is correctly inserted.

Brake lines all hooked up bled lines 4 times still brakes go to floor almost. But if pump them they come back up sorta. But the when drive , they go back down any suggestions

You could possibly have a leak somewhere or the break booster could be bad. I'd check for all leaks first. Only way I know to check a brake booster is to change it.
