As you can see from the illistration/wiring diagram, other than the actual wiring, there are two fuses (one for left & the other for right), two relays one for Low beam & one for High beam), and finally the multi-function switch which must be working to provide a ground for the relays (High & Low Beams). check 10 amp ECM fuse. Your alternator voltage is regulated by the ECM. If the fuse is good, consider replacing the ECM.

this sounds like a bad alternator/voltage regulator problem. not sure if Hyundai uses a computer control regulator so you might be looking at a computer replacement. have it check out at a shop so your not throwing parts at it that are not needed.

Start with scan the engine control system for fault codes and post the codes

Only Ford products use an inertia switch for the fuel system.

Usually a worn front or rear motor mount causing the engine to flex back and forth more than normal causing the flexpipe to bend excessively and tearing open .also road salt and snow areas cause them to rust out faster.

You want to make sure it does not fully slip into the engine first off. I am unsure if it can be reached from the inside but the answer to that is likely no. I would use a sharp drill bit, make a hole, inset an easy our ot screw and use that to remove the broken peice. Hope this helps.

The fuel filter location for a 2005 Hyundai Accent depends on where it was manufactured and when. It is possibly mounted external, on the outside of the fuel tank directly above the fuel pump and accessible by removing the back seat. The other possibility is that it is mounted inside the fuel tank and requires removing the back seat, the metal panel, the fuel pump itself and then accessing the filter.
