1999 hyundai accent gl bogs down when i put in
Without actually looking at the vehicle, it's difficult to say. The 1999 accent was equipped with an idle speed conrol actuator (common issue) or there may be a vacuum leak at the surge tank or the problem may be something electrical. Without a proper inspection/diagnosis of engine management components, it could be anyone's guess. Valve timing could be 'out', poor cylinder compression, restricted intake air flow, poor quality fuel/gasoline, restriction in the exhaust system, low fuel pressure, and the list goes on and on.
Best advice. Have a qualified Hyundai Service Technician properly diagnose your vehicle.

When you find out the fuse are ok, check also the solnoid wire on the starter motor beside the main wire, when that is good then might be the carbon brushes are won need to be replaced
