Firstly, i am experiencing a

your idle problem is because your carb is missing somelines such as vacuum etc.
the reason your top up is increasing is because your car is burning oil hence the white/blue smoke.
you need your head gaskets changed and also get your mechanic to take a look at your O-rings (piston rings)

Check engine ON? what is

The check engine light will come on when the computer detects a problem. There are quite a number of things that can make it come on. Since anyone would be just guessing, you need to get the code(s) retrieved. You will need an OBD II scanner or some auto parts stores will do it for free.

Repeated code P0301 and P0302

you don`t if say if you know but these codes mean misfire on cylinder 1 and cylinder 2.you also don`t say if you tried anything to fix.check out plugs they may need changing,it could be bad ignition wires or dirty injectors,or even dirty valves(not closing completly)causing misfire.you could have low compression on these two cylinders also.

yes as it is possible that by turning the engine the opposite way the timing belt can jump a tooth or more causing the motor to be out of time and possibly cause engine damage

Sounds like to me you may need to have the nuetral safety switch adjusted or replaced. This switch will allow a vehicle to start only if the gear shifter is in the park or nuetral position if it starts in any other gear it may need to be adjusted or replaced hope this helps you.
