I need to remove the window crank on a 95 sl,thx
there is a special tool for this sold at all auto parts stores. other folks take a dishtowel, work it in between the crank handle and the door and work it back and forth until the C-clip pops off. The open end of the C-clip is directly under the handle part. i have done this myself and it works.

I have a 95 sl2 that is leaking oil out the front
I think you should call around to local scrap yards and look on your local craiglist for a DOHC saturn engine with much lower mileage. Perhaps even a used engine vendor on ebay could be local to you. In any event I think before you undertake a major engine repair on a 15 year old engine it might make sense to put another engine in there. I do not know if a 95 DOHC is the same as a 99 DOHC but no doubt there are a few years which are interchangeable.

How do you replace the water pump on a 1995 Saturn
it is under the timing chain cover. the serpentine belt and all that accompanying stuff has to be removed and/or disconnected. while you are doing this you may want to do the timing chain and sprockets too to avoid duplicating labor next year. The oil pump is also in there. This is a lot of work and not for the neophyte, the timing chain has to be put in maintaining proper relationship between the crank and cam shafts.

1995 Saturn automatic trans. shifting hard enough
you may need to change the modulator valve on transmission and also check the modulator valve to be sure it's getting the proper vacum to it. the modulator valve controls shifting in the transmission. also suggest lucas transmission treatment be added to transmission fluid, it frees up stuck valves in transmission. hope this helps!!!

The egr passageway may need cleaning, and doing so would not hurt. As a matter of fact, a good thorough deep cleaning of the entire plenium would be a good idea and may partially solve (or even solve) your problem. But, I suspect that it is your fuel filter. Try changing your fuel filter, it is simple, cheap, and should fix your problem altogether.

When i step on the brakes, they make a noise like
possible that the calipers are loose or the disc pads are loose or maybe some stones have got entangled within.
Find out the side of the noise and remove the wheel to check for the noise. If so remove the wheel assembly and remove the wheel pads to clean and set.
However if the noise is from the drive shaft check if any linkages are damged

1995 saturn sl1 not starting
I had issues with my 1999 doing similar problems. Ended up having "burning and arching" with the fusebox and replaced it. In addition to not starting various electrical components wouldn't work like radio, rear defrost, remote control keyless entry...

Replace a water pump on a 1995 Saturn
1) Drain coolant
2) Raise and support vehicle
3) Remove the passenger side wheel and inner splash guard
4) Remove A/C compressor attaching bolts and position aside
5) Place a 1" wood block between the crankshaft and water pump pulley and remove water pump bolts and allow pulley to hang on pump hub
6) Remove water pump attaching bolts, then remove water pump and discard gasket
7) Reverse procedure to install

Ac not cooling
this has to be done by qualified personnel, you need to take it to auto AC specialist, some auto electricians may do it.....hope this helps....cheers

My windshield wiper fluid won't spray out.
Have some one run them while you are under the hood, if you can hear the washer pump running. if it is,check all the rubber tubes to see if they are hooked up, if they are see if they are clogged, or replace the nozzles/squirters. if you dont hear the washer pump running, replace it. Any local parts store can get it, located around or at the bottle where you fill the washer fluid.

If batterry light on but
YES, you can drive the car as long as that failing alternator continues to somewhat charge the battery and even if it does completely fail by next week you can always use a set of jumper cables to start the car if your battery dies out. The only other problem I can think of is once the battery gets really weak and the alternator is not charging it anymore this may cause the fuel injection to not receive the correct amount of fuel and the car will not drive over 20-30mph and will begain to shake when you give it gas. If you plan on keeping the car, have the original alternator rebuilt at an electric shop vs. buying an aftermarket one from Autozone. The alternator's from Autozone are not the best on the market and will fail sooner then a OEM or rebuilt unit
