Whatever you do one side, do on the other. So replace all pads, both rotors, and both calipers. While you are doing that you should do both flex hoses which bring the brake fluid to the calipers. Then you will have to bleed it. I am sure there are many videos of folks bleeding brakes on youtube. Takes two persons and the one pumping and holding the brake pedal down while you open and close the bleeder nipple cannot be female. Take my word on that. Do the wheel furthest from the master cylinder first.

You can actually find NOS weatherstripping for old Saturns at getsaturn parts.com. At least I was able to buy a new one for a 94 last year. It is a website for a Maryland dealer who sells at below regular cost. I have had 5 saturns and they never sold me a bad or wrong part. You could also look around on ebay, but what you would find there is another used leaky one.

The EGR valve is located on the driver's side of the head, it is basically right above and behind the upper radiator hose.

You're a bit vague on the description but I will assume that this is part of the PCV(positive cranckcase ventilation) system.

Hello. You need to get your saturn up in a lift to check out the universal joints. One of them most likely needs to be replaced. Don't wait too long or you will be sitting on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck. J.

There are two engine mounts, one on each end of the engine, called "dog bones" as they are shaped like bones. You can buy them new at any parts store or on ebay. Same parts fit most all saturn 1.9L 4 cylinder cars from 92-99 which all have the same basic engine. There is also another mount on the top of the engine to the left, and one on the bottom right side under the transmission. The dog bones can be replaced easily, but the other two require some thought as the engine must be supported and lifted independent of the car.

Have you been changing and checking engine oil frequently?

With the headlights up, there should be a top screw, back into the headlight assembly and one on the left. Turn them in or out changes the adjustment of the headlight.

Replace the thermostat which is located inside the lower radiator hose on the block side.

Get the Stant 195*F thermostat. As long as you replaced the engine coolant temp sensor than the t-stat is the next thing to replace. Also as a double check make sure your dial on the inside of the car is properly actuating the arm to move it to heat.

Unbolt the the two nuts that hold it onto the transmission. Then grab the slave cylinder and turn it counter clockwise and it should pop out. That is correct because holding it in the hole and turning it clockwise seats it back into the transmission.

Remember to remove the connection between the clutch pedal and the master cylinder or put a brick or something to hold the clutch pedal up or else removing the slave cylinder without the above note will ruin the hydraulics and allow air to get into this airless system.

You cannot bleed these clutch hydraulics. They are meant to be a pre-bled sealed unit that you buy. You should never replace just the slave or the master. Buy them both and replace them as one unit which is already bled from the factory. Otherwise you will experience what you are describing.

Make sure you install the slave cylinder (into the transmission hole) first and then the master cylinder (pedal side) next and do not hook up the pedal until everything is installed.

If you take the slave out with the pedal attached it will extend the rod and ruin the hydraulics rendering them useless.

If you're talking about the oil dipstick then simply grab one at a junkyard or search ebay. If worse comes to worse and you can't locate one in either of those places then go to a Saturn dealer, if one is still open near you or a GM dealer if not, and get a new one (beware the prices may seem unreasonable).

If a junkyard is near just go grab one from there and be on your way.

Dipstick is the same for all SC2, SL2, and SW2 in all years as far as I know.
