2002 HYUNDAI SONATA. KEY FOBS WILL UNLOCK ALL

Replace the "lock" relay, found behind the fuse box. You have to stick your head where the gas pedal is, and look at the top end of the back of the fuse panel. There are 2 small square plastic boxes. Unplug them, spray them with electrical cleaning spray, and switch their spots. If everything works, there was some contact problem, if door will now lock but not unlock, one of the relays is bad. Part number "HMC DECO 95225 - 38300".

My 99 P38 4.0 has

The fan relays in P38 Fuse boxes burn up to to clogged air pollen/cabin filters (located below the lower front windscreen cowling, beneath an oval shaped cap, one on each side of the car). When these get clogged, the fans work too hard, and eventually burn out the relay as well as the board (mobo) in the fuse box.
Another reason for power loss in the P38, is the wiring to the alternator getting too hot, and cracking the wire housing, allowing for power draw.

1998 Range Rover. Display

Its related to fault in the sensor and its connections. Which needs to be checked, cleaned and rechecked. If still the same problem then the temp sensor needs to be replaced.
when its actually claiming that the box is overheating, stop, get out and check to see if it is overheating - i.e. check the gearbox radiator for its temp, also check the lines to and from it.

If its not overheating then you have a faulty temp sensor, if it is overheating then there may be a blockage somewhere at some point, probably in the gearbox rad.It has to be checked.
Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Power seat

Hi,

Some vehicles have more than one motor providing some of the seat functions. Trying a different switch was a quick way to eliminate it as the problem. Its a multifunction switch, so just because it works in other positions doesn’t not eleminate it as the problem. If you only have one motor driving the seat, the switch is the most likely cause outside of broken or loose wires. However, you can verify whether or not the switch or motor is bad with this test. Using a wire diagram, first located the wires which delivers the power and ground to the motor for forward movement. While holding the switch forward, check for power and ground at the seat motor connector using a 12v test light or Digial volt ohm meter. If no power or ground is present, perform a continuity test on the wires in question. If the wires are good, the switch is bad. If power is present at the seat connector then the motor is bad.

Let us know if you want something more else accept the suggestion.

How to program a new hyundai sonata key fob

First find little notch on side of FOB that will allow you to open the FOB itself. Next insert mini flathead and twist hard until unti snaps open. Hopefully you didnt break it yet. Then pull out circuitboard within FOB. nEXT remove battery and press red button and hold for 5 seconds. Replace Battery then put circuitry back in place. Now, with circuitry in place hold all three buttons while simultaneously pressing the red circuit overload reset button on the board. Then, press the thre buttons in this exact order ( this is a very important step) press the door unlock buttton twice before waiting three seconds then pressing the hood open button 3 times followed by a 5 second delay then pressing lock> But wait, before you press lock you must "chime" this code to the song "waiting for a girl like you" by foreigner. The code will then automatically find your cars code, get married and then you will be in luck - many baby remotes will start to fall from your dash board. If this doesnt work it is probably due to the fact that you have more of a hard rocker or redneck remote and follow all prior procedures but replacethe song with only "welcome to the jungle" or tears in my beer". If this still doesnt work, grab a beer and share it generously with your remote. When this doesnt work, (as I suspect at this point it wont) take your remote and after finishing the 12 pak, take the remote to your local hyundai dealer and threaten to throw up in the main sales room if they dont program it for you. Mae sure you slur the fact that your dad owns Hyundai (even though you are as white as can be) and that you will sue them all out of work if they dont do this for you ...plus you then proceed to puke on the front door handle and tell the customers " this is what you have to look forward to if you get oneof these BEutieeeesss hahahaha" while rubbing your puke infested hands all overtheir nice shirts and blouses, ....this I promise will work. And you should have a nicely programmed remote the next morning after waking up in the drunk tank and the officer gives you a ride home because the mayor of "yourtown" is your neighbor and your supposed to be at home cooking a barbeque for him that after....HIC...that after...HIC that ...noon.
