I'm just think to myself. If I was designing a car and I wanted to make it safe, Would I design an air bag system with I fuse the system to stop an airbag from going off if the car was in an accident. Just thinking.

Check the condition of the air filter.

look under the hood look for the fuses there should be a relay fuse on the cover thats on the fuses will tell you what fuse runs all that chang that should take care of it run you about 25 bucks at the parts store

the battery could be so died that it will not charge and cheap cable will not carry enough amps to start it

could part of the system be set for metric ?

If it is when your a/c is being used, the drain for the ac heater box is plugged up. If it is only when it rains, could be the drains for the sunroof.

The battery light has nothing to due with a bad battery, it indicates the alternator is not producing enough voltage to keep the battery charged up, this can be for many reasons.

its in the load area relay number three theres 7 relays in there and 18 fuses. so you know you have the right fuse box as theres 7 of them on the jag lol
