The ESP light will come on whenever the abs light is on, this is due to the ESP system cant operate if the abs system is not working.The first thing you will have to do is scan the computer for codes. the computer will store a code whenever it sees a problem and then turn on the light to warn you theres a problem and then shuts down the abs system, there are many auto part stores that scan check engine lights for free as far as the abs system i am not sure you will have to check. the codes will tell you what part of the system has failed. for example there may be a code like C 1201 left front wheel speed sensor, this code will tell you theres a problem with the left frt sensor, it may be the sensor or the wiring or connector but with a little testing the problem can be repaired. the only thing is the esp and the abs are shut down, the car can still be driven you just wont have the abs. good luck and i hope this is helpful.

It's gonna be crammed up under the dash against the firewall. Most I've seen (1985 onwards) are up behind the glove box. Unless this car is gold plated, not worth the broken back and chance of zapping any new computer you manage to get for it. Or it needs a Kia specialty mechanic with correct tools etc.

Your heater core needs to be flushed or replaced and I suggest You take it to the shop for that cuz ull b doin it for days

your kia is in limp mode you need to have the trans serviced vehicles have been designed with a fault limp mode if something breaks it at least lets you roll home at a slow but danting speed lol

they were right. Those are turn signal & marker lights. They do not have an affect on light on the road.

from what you stated ,,this could be a bad transmission or a shift sensor in the transmission ,,,this is a clutching problem with these automatics ..most cases have proven that you can change the transmissions fluid ,module and filter to allow proper shifting and the codes allow the clutching to return to normal...I am 90% sure from your post
