I have 96 geo metro drove 15 miles and just died

Depending on mileage, Geo's have timing belt and it should be changed every 60k, if you've done all that's mentioned I suspect timing belt is broken.

What kind of spark plugs do i need

You should be fine using a platinum plug. You can purchase from any auto parts store. Without the engine type I can't give you specfic pricing but on average they should be about 3-6 dollars each. There is no need for double platinum or irridium plugs on your vehicle.

Theres a '96 Geo metro for sale 1300 obo 89k is

if this car is the same build as a opel corsa which i think it is ,but the american version then if its anything like the europeon counterpart it will run for ever with regular oil changes ,its no doubt the multipoint fuel injection and not the monopoint which is problematic .but i work on opels here in europe or vauxhalls in the uk and they are nice little shopping baskets that rarely go wrong ,They do like regular oil changed say every 6000 miles to prevent clagg building up inside the engine which can block the oil pick up gauze filter ,but as stated they run forever and never stop .

Bake light on dash stays

more than likely the brake fluid level sensor in the master cylinder reservoir is defective, the other possibility is that the park brake switch at the base of the park brake handle is defective, disconnect that 1st and see if the light goes off.

Geo metro low compression all cylinders

Pour some SAE 30 Engine Oil through spark plug hole. No more than a table spoon. It will seal the rings temporarily. Repeat the compression test. If it will be low, then you have bad exhaust valve. If will increase then might be frozen (stuck) ring.

Where is the pvc valve on a geo metro

The pcv valve (positive crankcase ventilation) will be located somewhere on the top of the engine, with a thick rubber or metal tube to it, that has the pcv valve attached at one end, and the other end will be inserted into the valve cover pan.
