it has 1 ends. you remove both ends.
and it just comes out. (pulled)
at the transmission is an attachment, you unscrew that (CCW)turn it counter clockwise, and its off
then gain access to the rear of the speedometer head.
that is the tricky part, on most cars.
early years, some folks can remove this end without cluster pulling.
unless less you are huge, are you, ?? we can not guess what YOU
might do. use a flash light to see up under the dash, and that fitting.

he shows the speedo end clip, well, (this is the only hard part that clip)
on some newer cars, they added, cross bracing. (side collision upgrades) and is very hard work on these cars under dash.
