The condensation from the airconditioner is
an insect has most likely made a home in the drain tube, under the hood.
if your not allergic to be stings, nead the tube to see if it is clogged.
if not clogged there, you may want to take it to a mechanic
My v reg disco has been standing for about a month
What's a disco? Wow! I'm not a certified mechanic, but try disconnecting the air intake hose and having a helper start you car. Soon as it starts spray a dash of AUTO starters fluid (CARB CLEANER) into the intake manifold. Moisture may have accumilated in fuel line. Sometimes when an altinator is going it might act similarlry, but try the low to no cost options first. See if all of your lines are connected tightly. Check the fuses. a blown fuel pump fuse would give your results. Look at the fuel filler hole for moisture as a slight check for tank moisture.
The wrench supplied with car doesn't fit on the rear wheel nuts
Yes, the plastic covers need to be removed first. Trouble is that rust or dirt may cause them to be very stiff. Try using a pair of grips to remove them or any other tool that you have in your toolbox. Discard the nut covers as they are more trouble than they are worth.
Fan Assembly & pully shaft detached from the engine
This is called your waterpump, you need to have the vehicle towed to a repair shop and have it replaced. If you want phone around to get quotes on the job, just ask them how much it would be to replace the "waterpump".
Need owner/operation manual
Try ebay for a shop/overhaul manual. Don't know of a free manual. Rovercannibal.com has used factory owners manuals but they are around $30 but they are not a shop manual. Is there something you needed to know specifically?
Noise from suspension
I would check all your suspension pieces to make sure they are tight like radius arms, steering damper, pitman on the steering box, traction bar, shocks, etc. This might be a hard one to diagnose without sitting in the seat with you. You might have a garage or alignment shop give it a quick once over and let you know.
