I got a clnking noise went I turn the car to either side

Generally clicking noise when steering implies one or both CV joint(s) need to be replaced. Check the condition of the rubber boots at the CV joint, if they are cracked and/or have grease around them they are bad and need to be replaced as they cannot be repaired. They are not expensive to replace. Do not let them get too bad as they can seize and cause your wheel to lock. You could also have a problem with your track rod ends and/or suspension joints/bushings. Best bet is to bring it to your mechanic for a look over.

Hoe to replacd timing chain navagetor 2002 5.4

Take it to a dealership or a reputable shop. It is very involved and one thing done wrong can cost you lots of money. If you still want to try it yourself, go get a chiltons or haynes manual at a auto parts store and have at it.
