What is the location of low pressure port on a 1996 eagle vision tsi?

Usually close to the drier in the tube on the low pressure side. Drier looks like an aluminum cylinder about as big around as a soda can and twice as tall with two aluminum tubes coming out of it. The port has a screw off cap to access.

What is the location of low pressure port on a 1996 eagle vision tsi?

check the suction line of the compressor for port -check on the back of the compressor. Before recharging check for leaks as it not necessary to recharge a system that has no leaks.

Car will turn over but wont get fire to anything

If you mean it does not get spark to the plugs, you would check for power and a ground signal at the coil. No power could be a faulty ASD relay.

Engine cranks but wont start

P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected, the 304 is for cylinder number 4 any of these could be wrong If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors. Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open

My mom has an 1996

Remove the spark plugs and run a compression test. I'd guess you will have low-to-no compression. Two likely causes:
1: you did not get the crankshaft and camshaft correctly aligned when you put the new belt on. If this is the case, all cylinders will have about the same compression, but will be very low. Are you absolutely sure that you got the timings marks correct when you put the belt on?
2: the valves were damaged when the belt broke, open valves and pistons coming up. Talk to the parts department of you local Chrysler dealer, and ask if this engine has "negative valve clearance". If that's the case, you will need to pull the head and have the valves repaired. In this case, a few cylinders may have good compression and a few others may have low-to-no compression.

Of course it it also possible that you failed to connect something when you put it back together, and you are not getting spark or gas. Test for that first.

I have a 1996 eagle vision that is struggling to

You meant to say "hear the fuel pump turn on", not the fuel filter. The filter is just that...a filter. No mechanical parts in it. Anyways, if you didn't hear the fuel pump turn on, that means it's not getting power. This is either an electrical problem, or the fuel pump is dead, jim.
You can confirm that it is the fuel pump by spraying gas inside the intake plenum (where it sucks in air). Don't spray too much, doing this is dangerous. In fact I'd recommend a shop perform this diagnostic procedure.
Replace the fuel pump if that's what the problem is.

How to change front wiper motor on 1996 eagle

  1. The observation with your vehicle implies mechanical malfunctions likely caused by insufficient, clogged, or burnout lubrication fluids. Since the component parts experiencing malfunction are observable at significant vehicle areas like power drive trains, several conditions are likely factors to driver's suspicion. For example, the drive train of significant mechanical sprockets linked at joints making propulsion possible with the control lever situated at drivers seating area is significant reason of concern. First, the driver's lever control functions hydraulically as modern improvement made possible with fluid lubrications, and several absorptions chambers. Once, an engineered hydraulic mechanical lever is realized to dispense manual contact requires inspections. First, a mechanical inspection to ascertain the conditions of constutuents providing hydraulic should be made on the vehicle. The possible outcomes include findings of an absence of faulty turbines implying no wear had occurred. Second, the observation findings may ascertain a burnout fluid that may require replacement procedures. For example, burnout hydraulic fluids usually may require cleaning draining, cleaning the residue slug from turbine areas making possible replacement of newer fluids. Hydraulic fluid conditions usually may require resistant variety that performs under overexerted conditions. For example, the fluid type may vary depending on the task requirements of the vehicle. Also, the type of condition expectations of the vehicle would require frequent hydraulic inspections.
