Will crank,but wont start
Check the engine control modular. Ask your parts store where it is and what it looks like. You can check for spark to the spark plug to be sure!

Engine vibration
check for loose engine mounts(usually 15-19mm nut that tightens the rubber mount which dampens vibrations) located either side of engine block not sure if they are in engine bay or underneath near axles. check gearbox and Eng oil levels if everything seems to be ok it may be a gearbox problem and not completely engaging disengaging gear

Car stero won't power up...
Just a guess, but it sounds like you were looking for power on the wrong wire. What you measured sounds like the feed that keeps your radio presets from being lost. If I'm right, that wire would be hot at all times. Key on or off doesn't matter. All I can offer is keep looking for the fuse for it. See if your friend can find you a wiring diagram to figure out the radio wiring and what color wire is the power for the radio. If you have your owner's manual, that would show the fuse lay-out, and where the radio fuse is. Good luck.

Crank trigger sensor code be related to timing belt problems
Rather than have people here guessing at the unknown & possibly continuing to drive the car, which you probably should not have been doing for thast last couple weeks, have a repair shop atleast check it out, before you do some possibleserious damage
