the left sided battery on my 2005 Bentley GT has a small bolt holding the red power bracket to the battery..Right where the positive lead of the battery lives. This will disconnect the bracket but now you have to figure how to move it out of the way..Next there is a hold down bolt at the right bottom side of the battery which must be loosened as well.

Are you trying to back up the mileage? If so, you can't; it is constructed so that you cannot "roll back" mileage. I can't think of any other items there are to reset, if there are, please provide them.

I am a little short on experience with Bentleys but on a lot of cars there is a clip under the seat at the bottom front. You push in (toward the trunk or boot) the bottom lower front and pull up at the same time. There is one on each side. Try it.

Since 80 AC compressors are designed to cut off when low on refrigerant. as long as its off, level indicates ok till it begins operation.

May need to change the orifice valve, or if you mean the compressor cycles on and off, pressure switch is likely culprit.

There are very specific battery jumping procedures in the cars smaller maintenance book as opposed to the larger owners manual. Provided you can open the trunk to access both batteries. There is also an emergency starting procedure to use the main battery instead of the starting battery to start the car in the owners manual. If both batteries are exhausted this emergency procedure will not work.

Jumper cables work per the procedure in the manual - portable quick start devices such as ones the auto club use to start a dead battery did not work for me on this car - they had to hook up jumper cables as indicated in the manual to successfully start.

The drivers side AGM battery is specific to the car and can be purchased (likely special order) at any Volkswagen or Audi dealer (maybe Porsche also) - the passenger side starting battery is more generic and can be replaced with a variety of batteries provided they meet the same specifications as the OEM battery.

Make certain any shop that changes the battery is familiar with the battery safety terminal disconnect procedures as if they accidentally trip this device it severs the battery cables using a compact explosive charge.
