Error Code P1237 takes place when the FPDM has determined a problem in the fuel pump secondary circuit. The FPDM indicates to the PCM (powertrain control module, also known as ECM or engine control module in other vehicles makes) through the FPM (fuel pump monitor) circuit to highlight the detected concern.

Fix the fuel pump circuit.

With both battery cables disconnected find a socket to fit the crank pulley and turn it a bit clock wise then turn it a bit counter clockwise . When your battery is low on power the starter can stay engaged and get stuck there . Make sure the battery is fully charged before you hook it back up . If after you charge the battery and hook it back up it gives a big spark then the starter is still stuck ,, move the crank by hand and try again . there are other things to try and other things that could be wrong ,, but this is the most common and easy to check first... Use a really good hot glue stick in a glue gun, or silicone caulk (will have to go 24hrs. w/out use) to set it back in place.

I'm not sure if you're asking where spare (extra) fuses are located or the location of your fuse panel? If it's the location which I hope it is it'll be on the passengers side floor panel just to the right of where your feet would rest. There is a small plastic panel which will need to be removed.

You are right...the window has a broken track or hold down bolt...you can go on-line to see how to remove the door panel to inspect...If you are good at salvage yards, you can practice and maybe find the part you need...Dealers do this type of repair daily, but costs?
