Looks like yours is mounted on top of the fuel tank.

if its stock alarm, owners manual should have directions for "valet" mode. If its aftermarket, try to find the "box" under the dash (look for bundle of wires) and get manufacturers name and model number. internet should have instructions for "valet" mode.

This is a bit of work. I done plenty of head work. Rarely are the cams worn enough to replace. I would bet they are throwing them in for more money. If the cams are worn you either have really high miles or there wasn't enough oil to keep them lubed. That is another problem in it's self. I think I would get a second opinion. Sounds to me the timing belt broke. And on some of the Chrysler engines, this trashes them. Interference engines.

The ball joint is pressed into the upper control arm and has a tapered stud for attachment to the steering knuckle. The ball joint stud is attached and locked into the steering knuckle using a special nut. The ball joint is a sealed-for-life type and requires no maintenance. If the ball joint is defective it will require replacement of the entire upper control arm.

Park position switch-sensor is malfunctioning. Fix it or replace the wiper motor with all attachments.

There is not a fuse. The window circuit is protected by a circuit breaker located in the fuse panel. The best thing to do is pull the master window switch and check for power on the TAN wire at pin one of the connector. If there is power than check the black wire for continuity to ground. My guess is the wireing harness in between the door and the car body has broken wires. Very common with all chrysler products. Sometimes if you have the key on and hold a window switch in the down position and slowly open the door the window will start to go down. It's possible the "new starter" has a bad solenoid so the actual starter motor never gets enough "juice" to turn. I have come across this problem several times. You may also have a serious battery drain, so there was enough "juice" to make the solenoid to Tik but not enought to turn the starter motor itself. I'd check the battery again, or try a different battery. The battery connections may have enough corrosion to prevent proper recharge. The charging system may not be performing properly.
