2004 Honda Odyssey alarm goes off after 2 min when
Not sure about a rest switch or what it is supposed to do but there could be other things wrong.
The security system brain needs to know the doors and bonnet are closed before it sets itself and it usually does that in a number of ways. Often there will be an ultrasonic device monitoring the interior and there is almost certainly switches buried in every door/bonnet/boot catch. In addition the battery voltage will be measured and monitored.
A neighbour had a Honda that also sounded the alarm after a couple of minutes. The cause was the switch in the bonnet or hood catch was faulty. When the doors were locked the security system thought the bonnet was left open or had just been opened after a couple of minutes.
A similar thing happens to various models when maladjusted doors damage the nylon anti-rattle covering of the striker plates effectively preventing the striker fully entering the catch where it could fail to trip the door closed switch.
A customer with a Peugeot also had alarm sounding after a couple of minutes. The battery started the engine ok but had a faulty cell so the terminal voltage fell fairly rapidly in the first few minutes after the engine was switched off and the doors locked. The brain interpreted it as somone opening a door without unlocking.
Hope that helps.

2004 Honday Odyssey- the power outlet blew out
Folow the cable with a test lamp. When you get to the break the lamp does not work. We used an old side lamp bulb for testing as it drew about half an amp from the supply not like a volt meter.

Did your head gasket fail?
Yep. Defiantly sounds like you got a blowed head gasket. Probably a warped or cracked head as well. You need to have it pressure tested to find out for sure if it is a head gasket. If it is then you will have to pull the head off send it to a machine shop and have it checked for warpage and or cracks. The 3.5 has 2 heads. Do them both.
