I put a slave cylinder
I have always found the slave bleeding instructions inadequate. The way they design the slave with the bleeder away from the piston makes the standard bleeding ineffective. Unbolt the slave and put a wrench on the bleeder nut. Hold the slave in your left hand with your thumb over the pusher. Open the bleeder with your right hand and push the piston into the slave. Close the bleeder, release the piston, and repeat until air is out. This is essentially a bench bleed on the car.

Car won't start after it seemed like it ran out of
The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank itself. Remove the back seat and if you are lucky you can see the pump and remove it. Else you have to remove the gas tank from the car body then you can see and remove the pump. make sure you empty the tank before removing the gas tank.
