New carberater and a mechanic needed!
Even if you do it yourself you need to adjust it.I would get another mechanic to look at it also.Have you tried cleaners? 1 type you add to the gas the other you remove the air bonet and spray into the top of carb while running (have someone press on the gas lightly so you don't stall.Have you tried to increase the idle via the adjusting screw? has the auto choke been tested..adjusted? Good Luck.
Used engine wanted
Have you checked the salvage yards? Most are networked by computer to other yards, so even if they don't have your engine, another might, and can ship it to them. Because your car is 25 years old, it may be difficult though. Have you considered a re-build or re-manufacturing service? That might be the way to go, as trying to find a 25 yr old used engine that runs well won't be easy. I've got 2 '91's, great cars! Good luck with it. Curt
GRATING WHEN ENGAGING IN GEAR
If it is a manual transmission, you may have a clutch/pressure plate going bad, or the synchronizers in the trans are going bad. If it is an auto, you have something going wrong inside the trans, and will need to be rebuilt or replaced.
Need to find out tdc for the camshaft gear
Align timing pointer on transmission bellhousing with white T.D.C. mark on flexplate or flywheel, make sure up marks on each camshaft pulley at top and align marks on each pulley aligned with the edges of the cyl. head.

I have a 84 honda
You line up the crankshaft at TDC byaligning the marks on the flywheel/flex plate with the pointer on the bellhousing. On the radiator side of the engine block where it bolts to the trans mission about half way up there is a rubber plug witch you can remove to gane access to the pointer on the trans bellhousing to line up the timing marks

Hi
So the new fuse blows up straight away?
you cant check the wire like you are doing.
Check with multi meter for continuity. then you will find the problem.
You can put slight bigger fuse and see if that solve the problem.
Using my OBD II on 2000 honda prelude trouble
I would start with whatever is causing the misfire. That seems to be the core of your emissions codes. Putting all codes together it seems to be clogged injectors vacuum leak. Seems to be causing stalling too.
