Somehow you must have not installed the system properly. PLEASE, if you take it to any repair place, TELL THEM YOU HAVE AN AFTERMARKET SYSTEM. Sometimes we hook our scanner up the Data Link Connector, and with the wiring hooked up improperly, it back feeds into our scanner and ruins the software in it. Recheck your system wiring, and make sure it is compatible with your vehicle.

have u checked the transmission filter? maybe u could also have a clogged line? it sounds like there could be transmission shavings in ur pan too take it off clean it up and change filter and change the fluids and see if that helpped!

remove door panel and have a look ,nothing to lose haveing a look but i think the mechanism is worn or the metal bar on the bottom of the glass has corroded away but unless you have a look to see whats wrong i cannot tell you what to do
