could be a bearing failure so check for metal in the oil
normally with bearing failure you will have other indications like gears jumping out , growls , grinds difficulty in selection 2,3.4 and over drive
if you have none of these then check the rear engine /transmission mount as it could be broken off the rubber

i would expect the ATF to be lower when engine running as it is being pumped around the gearbox, as for the delay i would advise to get the OBD codes read , as this could give you a code number that will tell you what the problem is.The fluid colour sounds fine , it's when the ATF gets a dark brown colour i would advise changing. If you check the ATF again smell the fluid on the dip stick , if smells like a burnt type of smell then the ATF cooling component may not be working as well as should be,if so will require further investigation , hope this helps and gives you somewhere to start your investigations into this problem

No. The access to the headlight bulbs can be done by removing the inner fender liner. It can also be done
by removing an inner fender liner clip and then pulling back the inner fender liner. This will create an
opening throught where you can insert your hand into. The video below may help you accomplish the task. If it doesn't play here, you may follow the direct link:
