Need ECM electronic diagram

Sorry but dealers are only place to flash your ECM. Some other places were shut down by FBI. Diagram for ECM you could get copy from dealer shop, but they only give that to certified mechanics. honda-civic-immobilizer-system-circuit-diagram.jpg

If it is running fine, it does'nt need to be timed, but it would be a good idea to have the spark plugs and the fuel filter changed.

Where does the orange silver wire go from the horn relay

is it a spare wire ? the wires from relays are generally all used so it will either go to the switch, horn itself ,earth ,live , usually the earth is black ,the power is red and the switch/ignition live is yellow so i would say the other colour goes to the user in this case the horn, could'nt actually find a orange/silver wire on honda wiring diagram but there is orange/grey hope this helps

Clutch would not engage

First you must bleed the clutch fluid by pumping clutch pedal and holding down to the floor while a helper opens and closes the bleeder On the slave cylinder
If still no operation after that you probably need a clutch assy

Honda civic 2002 lighter stuck

Usually if it doesn't come back out, it is just the fuse. But occassionally it will be the whole assembly. Try the fuse to be cheap first, if that doesnt work, go to autozone or advance auto, pick up the assembly that fits your car year, and it is a snap to install. There may be a clip somewhere holding it in tightly, or it may just screw in and out. Hope it gets to working for you.

Lacks power

You listed all those things and did not say what the issue was except for the shimmy. With all the items that you have replaced, did you consider the harmonic balancer? You have changed some major wieght factors on the engine shafts. If you can now tell us what the other driveability issues are, that would be great.

Honda civic feria 2002 P1361

Here is what the code for that says. I would just recommend changing that sensor first to see if it will fix the issue completely. You'll need to disconnect your battery after you change the sensor. This will help your computers reset correctly, and more efficiently. P1361 TDC Sensor Intermittent Interruption here is a link that might help a little bit. http://www.civicforums.com/forums/36-mechanical-problems-vehicle-issues-fix-forum/301242-p1361-code-engine-runs-half-power.html
