My heater do not blow hot

along with what Charlie said I would do a reverse flush on the heater core. junk can build up in the core overtime and reduce if not eliminate the flow of coolant/heat.
flush it with low pressure multiple times in both directions when vehicle is cold.

How do i replace ignition key cylinder

Remove the covers on the steering column. You should see 2 bolts that appear to have been broken that hold the ignition cylinder to the steering shaft. Chisel these two bolts out by tapping counter clockwise with a hammer and cold chisel or good flat tipped screwdriver. These are breakaway bolts that are used to deter theft, but are not necessary for installation of the new cylinder.

How do i test or fix hard to start up and down idle and missfires

Have you replaced any of the ignition components? It sounds like it may be time for the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor and ignition coil. These should take care of your misfires. If the idle is still a problem after the ignition tune-up I would look at cleaning the Idle Air Control Valve. This can be done with some carb or throttle body cleaner. This should be done when you have time to let the car sit for while. Drive your car and get it up to operating temp. With the car off, take the hose off between the air filter and throttle body. As you look into the throttle body you should see a hole in the side, this is where you spray the cleaner. Fill this area with the cleaner and let it sit for a while, overnight works well I have found. When you start it again it will run like garbage for a bit, but it should settle out pretty quickly.

Converter/exhaust may be plugged up. Pull it off and drive the car. A compression or leakdown test will tell you if ya have internal engine problems. Do it before and after removing the converter.

The rod that goes to the box is loose or not inline how it should be, so when your moving gears in the car its not quite going in at the box right, could be engine mount broken or just really loose or at the selector end loose

P1739 and p1738 on a v6 accord

Quick google search of those codes shows 1738 to be trans second clutch pressure switch issue, while 1739 is 3rd clutch pressure circuit issue. How long has it been since you changed trans fluid and filter? Might start there, but if many miles on car trans could be toast.

98 honda accord how to clear check engine light car is fixed

You need an OBD-II scantool to reset the Check Engine light. Places like Autozone will read your codes for you but most will not reset the Check Engine light because of liability issues. You need to either purchase a code reader with reset capability or find someone who has one to do it for you.

Where is the ac relay for a 98 Honda Accord located

I would expect the fuse to be in the underbonnet fuse box but when you find it, if its not blown then the gas in your aircon may be low. If it is then get it recharged because if the gas pressure is low the aircon clutch won't operate. If you haven't got an owners handbook, go online to "images", type in Honda Accord fuse box and it comes up with various pictures of the fuse boxes. Select yours, but it should tell you on the box cover.

another user posted the following info in 2012 that may help in your situation:

On you Honda Accord the main relay is located.
On left side of dash, under the Instrument Panel. Left side of the Steering Column.
To get axces You will need to Remove the Cruise Control Module. That is attached with 2, 10mm screws. one on the Steering column, the other one at the dash braket.
after you remove the cruise control module, you will see a Little Box Gray colour, Is a Relay more biger than a Regular Relay.
The NUMBER on the RELAY is : RZ0088.
