If it is really a knock by a mechanics use of the word, it is a SERIOUS wear of a rod bearing. Get some expert advice on this immediately. It it I am right, your engine could come apart and do considerable damage.

Sounds like moisture in the distributor cap to me. I would definitely start there first.

if there are no visable nuts etc i'd say it needs a gentle tap with a rawhide hammer , cover with come cloth and tap away gently , may have got stuck in position due to heat etc

there are adjuster screws above and to the side of the headlight unit . turn thes euntil the lights are aligned , to do this succesfully you will need a flat level surface to park on and a blank wall with the height marked for the headlight to be aimed at , this is not as easy as it sounds , i would suggest taking it to a repair shop as only takes a few minutes with the right equipment so will cost very little , if you want to do your self you will need a workshop manual to give you the required height and distance etc good luck

Get your engine number and work from there, this should get you the standard displacement. This still may not give you the actual size, the motor may have been worked.

the operators guide, tells you to , take it in. (service)
you have 2 choice,
1: take it in,
2: DIY, get the FSM read the pages, on ABS, then do the scan and the tests.
the abs self reset,. so if it keeps coming on, it's REAL.
can be even bad brakes.
after all, ABS cant stop a car with bad brakes, and neither can you.

you won't find a scan tool that can do ABS i bet.
but do read the FSM , some very old systems, have blink codes
or login here. and read the ABS pages on YOUR car

93 is very very early ABS.. RTM.

No compression or timing is off.

Do you have fuel pressure? Is 12 volts available to the injectors with the key turned to run (use a 12 volt test light to check this). Have you checked the combination relay located behind the glove box on most Honda models??

my wild useless guess (on site it be 5min work)
is you failed to replace the HV spark wires 1 by one.
losing the timing order.?
sure, like 1million posts world wide, all say CMP/CKP are bad, few are.(most posters love to guess. and spend your cash)

it ran before, the belt went bad. right?
what tune up, just spark? only and filters.
or the timing belt. (dont skip that or you will bend the valves in the cylinder head)
no spark, at all 4 plugs.
you didnt remove the distributor?
my guess is this old post you found it.
the ECU in your car is old and can in fact report via lights , code lamps CMP or CKP bad. did you look for that?
its documented well and free at all honda forums. (not here)

here are the codes and tests for old OBD0 and OBD1 hondas
code 4? code 15, code 8/9? all kill spark or just fuel. see OBD1 link at bottom of page.

Are you burning it, or leaking it onto the ground ?

1993 Honda... | Answered on Sep 01, 2013 | 38 views

there is a fuel float in the tank just like in the back of a toilet. you have to pull up back seat cushions to get to it i believe. it will be a round plate type with a couple wires coming out. undo it and pull up the float and probably pump too, i dont know if the pump is in tank or out on that car. its easy enough you dont have to pay someone to do it. good luck
