2000 Honda Passport Questions & Answers
2000 Honda Passport 4 X 4, 4L30E trans. Would not shift into 1st when stopping. Replace all solenoid, refilled. Will act like its loading when putting in gear but will not move in any gear.
If your Honda Passport is not moving in any gear after replacing all the solenoids in the transmission, it could be due to a few different reasons. Here are some possible causes:
- Low transmission fluid level: Make sure the transmission fluid level is correct and the fluid is not contaminated or burned.
- Faulty torque converter: A faulty torque converter could prevent the transmission from engaging, which would cause the vehicle not to move in any gear.
- Broken transmission pump: The transmission pump is responsible for creating hydraulic pressure to engage the gears. If the pump is broken or not working correctly, the transmission will not engage.
- Failed clutch packs: Clutch packs are used to engage different gears in the transmission. If one or more clutch packs have failed, the transmission will not engage.
It is recommended to have the vehicle diagnosed by a professional mechanic to determine the root cause of the issue.

2000 honda passport got 3 cyclinders firing and 3 not
Check for power at the injector plugs. The injectors are on one power source. No power, broken wire. If you have coil on plugs, do the same. If you have a coil pack, check for spark on the bad side. No spark, replace the coil pack.

The window wont go up its eletric what do i do
Do other window's operate? If they do, Most likely it is a problem switch for that windows. It could be wiring or connections to that switch. Least likely is the motor in the door operating system.
I would use strong pressure on the switch multipul times. You may get lucky. If that works leave it up, you know you have a bad switch. Replace the switch.
How do you reset the gas pedal
If you are "resetting" the gas pedal because you replaced it..... you will need to return to the Honda dealer to have your computer "flashed" . The pedal MUST be replaced with a new unit, you cannot use "salvaged" parts for the gas pedal. It will not work.

How to reset gas pedal on a 2005 dodge intrepid
Not sure what you mean, but if you mean the drive by wire.
1. Clean the throttle body compleatly
2. Remove the Negative battery cable for 5 minutes
3. reconnect the battery cable, turn the key on but do not start the engine, slowly press the gas pedal 3-5 times.
4. start engine.
If there are any problems with the sensors that will not work.
.. Some of the engines in those required a scan tool to do this with.
