PCM is the Powertrain Control Module. If you use the fan down button it will scroll through the different systems ACP ICP TCS etc. The PCM is the one you want to worry about though. Pushing the fan up button will select the pcm. Then it will give you options from there. The PCM controls ignition, shifting points, and a whole bunch of other related things.

you realy need to put a new one they are not expensive go to a salvagr ride on the installation take the front panel of unhook the door actuator handle two nuts on the inside hold the door handle simple project.

I had the same problem with my 98 Cadillac Deville. I changed the power steering pump and the hose that runs to the rack. The problem was solved, loud noises and whining stopped.

CHECK THE FUSE OF THE ALTERNATOR OR CHECK IF THE ALTERNATOR IS CHARGING

its your fuel pump sender comes together with fuel pump unit

Your flasher fuse located in the fuse box under your hood probably needs replaced.

Bad heater core? Blocked, When is the last time you flushed the cooling system?

Check for loose or damaged connections on alternator, starter, etc.

I did the samething only I hit a piece of 2x4. After checking everything else w/negative results, I found it to be the fuel pump. The 2x4 hit my gas tank and demolished my fuel pump. After replacing the fuel pump, Im back rollin.

It can be faulty cruise control switch. If the switch is replaced, then it can be wiring issue or faulty cruise control board. But as the switch is replaced, get the voltage at the switch tested to confirm the switch is actually receiving voltage. If no voltage received at switch power supply wire then, apply external 12 volt power to the cruise control switch wire and then see if cruise control comes ON. If yes, then you know wiring is issue.
