Try adding brake fluid to the reservoir that should put the light to rest if not when have you had the brakes serviced last, if you start to hear a metal rubbing noise waste no time to get the brakes serviced chances are you need pads or shoes.. Every 25,000 to 30,000 miles should have them inspected other wise you risk rotor or drum damage if the pads or shoes wear down too far.. hope this helps..

Your throttle position sensor might be stuck on the wide open throttle setting!

Do you have any check engine codes? Is the check engine light on?

It might not be if the TPS is still in the normal range...but is just sticking open.

You have a system fault or malfunction that
need to be diagnosed in the VSC function
or that part off the system a code may point you to

Only a trained tech will have an answer to why
something isn't working & only after the problem is found

You won't know what to ask & they won't tell you if you
go to a dealer. A repair shop may work more closely
with you if your in need of knowing alot & I would suggest
you always be part of the solution & educate your self or
else do your vehicle repairs

hello. these warning lights tell the driver that the car's computer needs to be scanned to see if the lights indicate a serious problem or not. Many auto parts stores have the scanner and will do the scan for free. Call around to find such a store. Once you know what the codes say you will know how to proceed. Regards, Joe
