I don't know those codes, you can google them and find them, or try googling "OBD-II codes" (OnBoard Diagnostics) to find the codes and meaning. What I jumped in to say, was it wouldn't matter if you removed the positive or the negative cable first, AS LONG AS THE IGNITION KEY WAS IN OFF. So if key wasn't in ON, you can take off either cable first. People only take off the negative first as a safety precaution: if you take off positive first, there is a chance you could cause sparking with your wrench touching any metal on the car, or if the positive cable terminal touched metal before you take off the negative. Always, just for safety, take off the negative first. Also never take off the battery when the key is in ON. 0507- Idle control system too high. 0650-Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) control circuit malfunction 0741-Torque Converter Clutch circuit performance or Stuck Off

What does that fuse power up? Could be a bad component or shorted wire.

check for spark at the plug then check fuel pressure with a gage. which ever one your missing check out why.

Your injectors are shot sounds like.

The vent is not the problem. When the transmission gets hot the valve body leaks enough fluid so pressure is no longer sufficient to apply the clutch packs completely. If this has been going on for a while then a complete overhaul with a new valve body is the only fix.

It would have to scanned with a computer to see exactly what is wrong.It could be the sir module,passenger side airbag, front sensors, or a short in the wiring. Without codes this is as far I can go. Even with codes, sensors and wiring would have to be checked..But codes give you a direction to look.

You need to remove the door panel and find out what is broken or disconnected and replace them,such as clips,rods,or latch it's self
