remove the bottom cover below the engine and connect a battery charger or jump box to the big red wire on the alternator. Ground to the alternator case or engine block.

Wait about 5 minutes - and try to pop the trunk. Then charge the battery as normal.

Check the fuel pump fuse first. It would be No 28 if I'm not mistaken. If OK check fuel pump relay.

Behind the glovebox there is a short length of cable that you pull down to release the door manually, you have to really feel around for it but it is there.

The problem is that the drains of the motor compartments are plugged up => the water gets into the airco ducts, which have drains in the passengers compartment and are also plugged up... If you leave the air on circulating, the water problem is not there as no water comes in, better is to unclog the drains, there is a description on how to do that, if you need it mail me at rfaass at yahoo dot com and I'll send you a pdf.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have the security anti-theft code for your Audi radio from the car manufacturer, or from an Audi dealer!

The sequence of programming for Audi radio is:
1. Push simultaneous "SCAN" and "RDS" keys until on the screen will appear "1000" displayed.
2. Release keys. No more push on "SCAN" and "RDS" keys because otherwise number "1000" will be considered as first safe code attempt.
3. By the #1 key you will set up the first safe code digit.
4. By the #2 key you will set up the second safe code digit.
5. By the #3 key you will set up the third safe code digit.
6. By the #4 key you will set up the four-th safe code digit.
7. Then push again simultaneous "SCAN" and "RDS" keys for confirm this safe code. On the screen will be displayed "SAFE" notice. Release keys! For few seconds a radio frequence will be displayed. The radio is now ready for use!
Please do rate my response. Thanks!

Body control module or general control module. You can get one at a junk yard,Cheaper. You still have to have it programmed to the car. I would plug it in first and see if things worked, including starting the car, you never know you might get that 1 in a 1,000,000. Just a note. you really can't repair these, but I have fixed several that were corroded by using a soft brass brush to the pc board. If the corrosion goes from one resistor to another it is doomed to fail. It doesn't hurt to take it apart and look.
