I have a 1991 suzuki swift it wont start no clicking sound battery good what now help

what transmission
stick or auto, we can guess,
if auto shift to neutral and try now.
battery lugs green, with corrosion clean them
jump start it? yet.
head lights bright? y/n

Suzuki swift 2nd gear pops out

what tranny? A/T or M/T we can not guess.?
what country helps too.?

bad shifter linkage, or adjustments.
or bad transmission.
I do this test off road.
the acid test.
i remove the linkage, and then shift to 2nd.
drive car, if it holds the gear, the tranny is good.
simple , huh? but is dangerous, do so only off road.
far from other vehicles or people of any kind.

if you cant do that , then fully inspect the linkage and RTM
read the fsm for your car.

I lost the keys to Suzuki Swift 2001. Inow have a

get the key code from the suzi dealer and give it to a lock smith they can cut a key from a code these days then you will have to get the car to the dealer to prgram it

How much transmission fluid does the transmission

Hi. My car manual ( American i'm afraid) states 2.5 quarts for manual and 5.0 quarts for Automatic . When i was in school there was 2 pints to a quart so that's 5 pints for manual and 10 pints for Automatic ? Any help ?

Intermittent starting-crack in distributor

If you had a bunch of cracks in your distributor cap it may have caused the pick up coil under the distributor cap to go bad and cause this problem.

Car turns over will not start, all fuses check ok,

There are some possibilities which you will have to check in this case:--

1) First of all check the power and voltage to the battery. With meter it will show exact 12 volt if the battery is charged. If the voltage is less get the battery charged at local auto repair shop. If the battery is internally drained and not getting charged then its time to replace the battery.

2) When you crank the car do you see spark coming at the spark plug? If no then its time to check the spark plugs and coil pack. If the spark plugs are not worn out and looks new then its time to check coil pack. The spark plug gets power to spark from coil pack.

3) The other thing to check in this case is the starter solenoid of the car. If the battery is charged and you start the car then it gives power to the starter to start the car. But if starter is faulty or not connected properly then car will not start.

4) The other thing to check in this case is fuel in the car. If there is fuel in the car then check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check the fuel filter above the fuel pump.

5) If all the above possibilities mentioned above checked out OK/perfect then it's a electrical issue and the wiring's in the car needs to be checked. The car gets power from the battery to get started. so the wires from battery needs to be checked one by one.

The car turns over but

first see if you hear a buzzing noise at the fuel tank when your key is on . Than ck to see if you have spark at the spark plug with a spark tester do not hold the spark plug wire it will knock you on your but!
