No heat when stopped for traffic
1-your thermostate is stuck open half way. thermostate is a simple device that made of enlarging metals when heat is applied. it suposed to be in close position to allow engine heat up, when specified temp reached it opens and let it flow and radiator tries to keep coolant cool.when it is broken it stucks or it acts slow or it wont acts at all. in your situation it is stuck open half way. it allows enough water to be heated but flow is limited to heat cabin heater.2-if there are cabin heater selenoid/selenoids for two different temperature for cabin left and right, on some instance those selenoid valves to adjust cabin heater stuck open or closed like thermostate acts on first case. so heat is not enough to heat up cabin heater.
Can i drive my car with no heat
if your talking about heater, yes you can. or dosnt the guage register. if not replace coolant tempurature sensor. and make sure that coolant is at proper level. it may also be a bad thermostat.

I have water under the
Well if it leaks after a heavy rain, then suspect your windshield seal is simply bad and needs resealed.if it is anytime, then it sounds like you have either a heater core leak or a hose to the core. All that is contained under the dash on the passenger side. You will need to take off the plastic covers under the dash on that side then get up under the dash with a flashlight and look while the car is running.Let it get hot and turn the heat on also then just look for the leak.if it is really wet you wont have to wait long with the car running and the heat one to see the leak.
I would like to know the color code of the wires
brake lights, white/tan stripe
tail lights, black/yellow stripe
left turn, light green
right turn, tan
ground, black
Note that your car has separate filaments for brakes and turns, so you cannot use the standard 4-prong trailer connector and will need an extra filament in your trailer lights.

2005 Sebring, running hot when
it probably wouldn't be a bad idea, if this is the motor that I am thinking of it also has a plastic housing which usually gets warped over time and should be replaced as well. AND of course it can usually only be purchased through the dealership (isn't that nice), for about $40 USD. Also make sure to replace the rubber O-ring when you get the thermostat.
