you have to take the fuel pump relay out and crank the car 3 separate times for a few seconds each time. Then put the relay back in and start the car. You're probably going to have to do this while the car is being jumped since the battery is dead.
The Internet, though, has a large number of web sites where
you can buy service manuals and schematics from bookstores,
publishers, and other collectors. Here is just a sampling of
what sites are out there:

the low pressure port is always the smaller fitting on the larger line. The high pressure port is always the larger fitting on the smaller line. They do this so that it is impossible to place the low pressure fitting on the high pressure port. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa
That's something your going to have to determine . You need to remove the inside panel of this door, and confirm the inside lock button is broken...you can first try this at your local salvage yard...then do it on your Van...be sure to keep the assembly from the salvage yard...as you may need some of the pieces...the dealers still sell the complete assembly but cost is much higher...Hope this helps.
Maybe the system is low on refrigerant? Can you tell if ac compressor is engaged? Can you check for hvac trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto stores will check some codes for free.
Another thought is a temp door under the dash, having a problem?
Replace the entire steering column. Keep the ignition cylinder though if it's not destroyed, the anti theft system will read the key that goes with it along with the engine computer. They all have to talk to each other in order to start the vehicle. Otherwise you will need the computer to get reprogrammed to go with the new key etc probably through the expensive dealership.
You may need a shop manual for this. The coils get power from the ASD relay and the key switch. The engine computer grounds the coils to make them fire. Those circuits and the crank sensor would need to be tested.
