I need to know where
The thermostat is located in front of the engine, between V cylinder banks, for Audi A8 V8 4.2 Quattro Automatic. See pictures below:
Remove the thermostat housing (2 bolts) and the old thermostat. Note the orientation of the old thermostat (vent valve facing UP). Clean both thermostat housing and block surfaces and remove all traces of old gasket material. Install the new thermostat vent valve facing UP.
Please do rate my response. Thanks!

Cd changer problems
Reseat the connector behind the CD changer. Otherwise the changer needs to be serviced, there is a sensor to tell the unit CDs are present.

Porcshe air bag light on
The first step here and on any car with an air bag light is is to have the computer scanned to get codes out.The computer will store a code when it detects a problem with the system, the code will help to locate what part of the air bag system has failed. for example there could be a code that reads b1234 pass/side buckle circuit fault, this code would tell us the problem is in the passenger side seat belt buckle, then with some testing the problem would be found. start by having the codes read, record and write back with codes , also including year, make ,model. good day

Overheating
You stated Coolant disappearing then I add coolant and stops overheating? If no puddles under car, check oil dipstick and see if it has coolant mixed witht the oil for a gasket problem. If no coolant you may have a bad radiator cap and losing the coolant as you drive. The pressure and pump will force it out as you are driving to where you are not aware of it.

Audi TT Plug not sparking, new battery so lights working, Fuses checked ok but still wont start
no idea here iam afraid ,but a lot lot of VW products have like a a big connection block on the positive battery terminal perhaps something here is amiss, failing which try locking and unlocking the drivers door three times then try try starting the vehicle withing 15seconds in casae the immobilisor is on.,This often happens with cars that get a flat battery as i look after a lot of vehicles that are in a long term airport parking and som of the faults are right weird and wonderful .Firstly renew the battery then check what i mentioned but yes the battery if a bit old will not hold a charge then the immobilisor comes on as it goes flat ,also try this and thats to join the + and neg battery terminals together and leave for a while then fit a new battery and try it agin and iam sure it will start
