How do you replace the

The fuel pump is in the fuel tank. The tank must be removed and you should probably take it to a mechanic.

My amigo isuzu 1999 brakes

Sounds like you need to have the brake fluid level checked for starters but more than likely its time to have the brake system checked. I had a problem with a newer camry and we found the rear brakes were not working and only the front brakes were stopping the car.

Have you checked the ignition system? You might have a bad spark plug/coil. You might not be getting a good contact. It could be the distributor/coil pack,dist.cap, It may be out of time. Check to make sure the timing belt/chain has not slipped. It may be your rotor. It could also be in the fuel system. You could have a clogged fuel filter, a bad pump, a pinched gas line, or bad injector.

Hose came off pcv valve

If you have fuel pouring out of a PCV hose you have problems that can't be fixed in this lifetime. I would recommend getting someone who knows the difference between a fuel line and a PCV hose to take a look at it for you.

The only way to get the vacuum diagram is to get a haynes manual from your local auto parts store. In the manual it will have a diagram for you. You can also try your local autozone to see if they can print you a diagram.
