Temperter gauge not working

On the right side of engine on cylinder head there should be a single wire onto a small pole. Try removing that wire and see if your temp guage goes all the way up to hot. If it does, then the problem is with the sensor. If it doesn't then there is a problem with the wire and/or the guage itself. Replacing the sensor is quite easy. You will need a 7/8's deep socket to remove and re install, note you will lose a little coolant so make sure to top up with 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.

Adjusting fuel pump

If you have the 91 3.1 V6 Rodeo you can't adjust the fuel pump or fuel pressure. The only thing you can really do is to get a throttle body rebuild kit that will have a new diaphragm for the fuel pressure regulator. If you want to adjust it, you'll have to get an aftermarket regulator and install on the return line (the smaller line) and remove the spring out of the regulator on the throttle body. If you feel the fuel pressure is too low, then you might need to change the pump. Its located in the fuel tank, only takes 1 or 2 hours to do.

I need to make a key and i cant get my key tumbler out

If you know any one capable of removing the Ignition switch you could then take the switch in to a dealership the dealer ship will probably sell you new ignition switch with keys. The other option is to take it to a locksmith and he may be able to remove the key and as long as you are the registered owner of the vehicle can make a key for it by using the vin # of the vehicle. Hope this helps

My hoses to the radiator are leaking transmission fluid

yup many radiators have a transmission cooler ...would just check the seating of the acorn connections and integrity of the pressure hoses...if you have been a bit heavy on the torque you may have stripped the threads....ugh...!

1991 Isuzu Rodeo will start initialy fine but if hot it won't restart.

Improve the FixYa experience for everyone by voting. It sounds as though you may have a faulty fuel pressure regulator. In order to accurately pinpoint the problem, you will have to perform a OBD-I diagnostic scan. All the best,Ben

No spark have changed coil, computer, its a 91 rodeo 2.6

You have missed a really important diagnostic test that is needed to know what part of the electronics has failed. You need the systems computer scanned for fault codes. Without the test you are guessing and that cost you money as you have found out already.
