You need special tools to remove the steering wheel and then the steering lock cam. Once inside the column there are two screws to tighten the handle. murf427

Have you flushed your radiator and refilled with proper coolant/water mix? Is your water pump working? Is your radiator leaking? Do you find yourself having to add water all the time? Is your fan working? Bunch of questions I know but may help lead to problem.

Try some belt dressing. If that doesn't work, the tensioner pulley may not have been installed properly. Return for warrant service.

the water pump is located front vehical under a cover u have to remove ththe belt&PULLEYtensoiner to get cover off &then you see the two cam mark pullies than losin the plusher to release the belt water pump is the center it take 2.5 hour to complete the job

scrap it its not worth the $ to fix it
