you have to jack up the car to get to it. to most of us its easy to get to. there are 2 bolts that hold it to the motor.

Have your ecu scanned for DTCs. I've had more than a few Chrysler ECUs go bad. They even have a special code for a defective computer. They're definitely designed to be worked on by Chrysler dealers.

Sounds like contaminated fuel (common with ethanol blends). Would recommend, as a next step, replacing all fuel in the tank.

You will have to disconnect he battery first and remove the steering wheel,autozone or advance auto parts rent the tool to remove the steering wheel. If not check around the steering wheel for some screws the hold the plastic that holds the trim around the steering wheel take them off and u might have access to the ign lock cyl but normally you wont be able to since u lost the key.

check the voltage when the is car up and running. it should be 13.8+ amps, when the car is off the battery is 12+, you may have to change the alternator. it could be the voltage regulator, but in late model cars that is INSIDE the alternator, best thing to do is replace the alternator if the car is not charging.

Opp's OBD Codes have nothing to do with changing parts Codes are Parameters that are out of range You check for codes & use them to diagnose the system that set them & component test to find a problem So--- Google your codes & read up TYPE: OBD PO404 OBD PO406 Your going to need a shop to find the issue
