97 chrysler concord. wont turn over, has nothing

When it won't start I'm guessing you can not hear the starter turning the engine over. If so when it is acting up it should be pretty easy to see if there is power on the small wire at the starter with the key in the crank position. If there is power there and there is power on the larger wire at the starter, again with the key in the crank position, than the starter is the issue. These are also known to have corrosion issues at the connections on the battery. It wouldn't hurt to give those a peak or even clean up those connections. If you are talking about the reservoir that hose is the overflow hose. Its possible the shop did not release all of the air pockets from the system and some coolant came out with the air bubbles. The tank should be about half full hot and cold.

1998 CONCORDE .STARTING ISSUE CLICKS AND DASH

The first place I would check is the battery connections. They must be clean and TIGHT. Any dirt or loosness and it will act just like you stated. The first time you try it doesn't make good contact, the second time the terminals are heated up a bit from the first try and then it connects just enough to get it started. They may not seem loose, but take them off and clean them with a wire brush and battery cleaner. They make a terminal cleaner that comes in a can, but the name I can't remember. It sprays on yellow and turns purple as it cleans. Once they are clean, make sure the connecters on the cables are clean as well, tighten them up nice and snug. Let me know if this fixes it which I am pretty sure of, if not we can go from there.

Chrysler concorde doesn't shift out of first

It sounds like it is in limp mode, this means that there is a transmission problem. The trans will go into limp mode to protect from further damage. You need to take it to a trans shop to have diagnostic test

Battery light keeps staying on even though we have a fully charged battery and have replaced the alternator

Check to see what the voltage is at on on the large wire on the back side of the alternator. If its more than 14volts (with the car running) than put one test lead on that wire on the back of the alternator and the other test lead on the POSITIVE terminal of the battery. you should see less than .5 volts. If you see 12 volts or more than the wire from the alternator to the battery is open or has a lot of corrosion somewhere.
