Hi! It surely is a PCM (powertrain control module) failure. The PCM is like a car's brain that when it is faulty everything else fails. The PCM has connectivity on all electrical current that runs inside the car including the engine, transmission, accessories, etc. Have the PCM replaced and you'll be good. My 2006 Ridgeline istrument panel flashes and
sounds like you have a problem with your alarm system sending false signals take battery off and reset the alarm only take positive side off for 2 minutes then put back on should fix it
Maintenence indicator light is on just after an oil change
Push the odometer reset button in (the button is near the speedo/tach gauges). hold the button in and turn the key to position two (key in last position before starting) hold the button in for approx 10 secs..it should turn the light off
How often should spark plugs be replaced?
for an average driver I'd say 50,000 miles.Not difficult warm car up some , but not normal temp.(too cold plugs can be hard to remove some times. hmm depends if you already have deep socket with a rubber insulator in it (to help prevent craking the new one), extention , and a ratchet. or the swivel type that will fit your plug.

When is it recommended to change the serpentine
Not so much a mileage thing. It is wear and stretch that you need to observe. If belt has cracks, chunks missing or your tensioner is at the max position change it! Why take any chances? If it breaks, you will be S.O.L. and stranded
