My 2002 Aerio (J Series) was stalling when it was
Sounds like you need to set the idle on the engine. You may be hearing the electric cooling fan kicking on and off and not the ac. If the timing was off the car would be sluggish or backfire when you step on the gas. Hope this helps.

2002 suzuki aerio fuses
you asked 3 times, now.. why?why not add to 1 post, click comments,! and win.what is a description.????why not post problems first. put helper on same page??????if that happens we know what you need, and correct pages.my book has 7000 pages.why must I guess.?i guess you've never seen a service manual>?
https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/1177-2002-aerio-service-manual.aspxit's just one relayand the PCM runs it.!!if the pump has 0vdc cranked,we scan the PCM first.not play with relays.if the pump has 12vdc cranked, then the relay and PCMis happy. end relay hunt......it is that simple, but did you crank it first?takes 2 man test (2 woman)?the Suzuki laws of PUMP: world wide.:1/2 the SUZUKI PCM do not run the fuel pump until cranked, others run only for 3 second keyon and full time cranked.that is a RULE:can you run to rear of car crawl under in 3 seconds?i bet not.why not post the symptoms first. the ask for clearaccurate diagnostic help.no crank.?no startsparks dead (if dead, rule 2,ecu cuts fuel, by LAW)fuel pressure 0 cranked.engine boggingengine misfiringwhat?

Suzuki areio cd player
Error #6 is the disk can not be read because it is upside down. If you are getting this error and the disk is in fact right side up you have other problems with the unit such as the Read Write Head is dirty or damaged. Possible that something got in there inserting and removing a disk. You have to remember the small size of the working components here does not require much to muck up the whole system. If this happens with all the disks you try make sure they are clean and devoid of surface damage as scratches will make it impossible to read. Remember this is an optical drive so Fingerprints and Scratches are not part of the language these things read. If it is just the same disk, get a different one. As I've had happen to me that code ended up being a trip to buy a new unit on sale with free installation as it died. But that is what the code means.
