My 2002 Aerio (J Series) was stalling when it was

Sounds like you need to set the idle on the engine. You may be hearing the electric cooling fan kicking on and off and not the ac. If the timing was off the car would be sluggish or backfire when you step on the gas. Hope this helps.

Engine splutters and dies after driving for several hours. Then I have to wait for an hour before it starts again.

Pull the fault codes in the ECM to see what is causing the problem, It WILL be found in the error code. Does the engine do this when driving down the highway or only when moving slowly or stopped.? An 'oxygen sensor malfunction will NOT cause the engine to stop. Next place to look is the crankshaft position sensor. It could be a number of things--from a failing fuel pump to a failing ignition component, PULL the FAULT CODE. Don't guess.

Suzuki areio cd player

Error #6 is the disk can not be read because it is upside down. If you are getting this error and the disk is in fact right side up you have other problems with the unit such as the Read Write Head is dirty or damaged. Possible that something got in there inserting and removing a disk. You have to remember the small size of the working components here does not require much to muck up the whole system. If this happens with all the disks you try make sure they are clean and devoid of surface damage as scratches will make it impossible to read. Remember this is an optical drive so Fingerprints and Scratches are not part of the language these things read. If it is just the same disk, get a different one. As I've had happen to me that code ended up being a trip to buy a new unit on sale with free installation as it died. But that is what the code means.

Would it b easier 2 pull motor 2 change head on 2002 suzuki aero cant get 2 some of the accesories

MUCH easier in the long run. And if you need special tools, O'reily's might rent them to you. There are other places too. Just make sure you find out exactly what you need to do so you aren't without a vehicle! :-) Or pay a mechanic/friend.
