If the eng light is on there is a fault on diagnostics = eng management,air flow meter,feul pressure sensor,injectors etc.the trick is to find it ? workshops use a Diagnostic tool (Gen2) for Isuzu,mabe u could ask a alternative tool (launch master)also a diagnostic tool /most aftermarket workshops should be able to diagnose the problem. (this is also the reason your cruise control will not work because of the Eng Light.

You have an apparent misfire that has to be troubleshooted correctly. At the mileage you have, you should have changed the plugs, wires (if it has them), cap and rotor (if it has them). Beyond that would take some technical diagnostics.

did you replace the plug..its most likely culprit

if u dont have dash lights when u turn key in on postion then its ur main fuse underhood

cylinder 4 is on the drivers side it is middle plug goes 2,4,6. it is possible for plug to go bad at mileage. look on the side of plug see if you can see a black mark on side this will be evidence of fire going down side of porcelain also look on plug wire for any trace of arcing. it is most likely a bad plug or wire on cyl 4

Check your air flow sensor for your efi this also happened to me I replace my sensor and solved the problem just keep it simple you will find the problem

you might check the sensor clearance to the rims and it might be the new sensor causing it check too or the tire pressure is below the normal pressure so you need to check the tire pressure too.

check turbo boost psi. the turbo wastegate may be sticking open. if so you might notice a lot of black smoke. possible vacuum leak on accuaator

well it is located right below your motor
there are 2 places you can get the pipe from 1 is scrap or salvage the other is the dealer
it is likely you will havew to buy a new pipe from the dealer as the ones in the salvage yard are usualy crushed by machinery picking the cars up and them being droped in the mud
the only othere option is to have a muffler shop build you a dual exhaust witch might be cheeper in the long run and also allow you to get better fuel econamy and more power from the engine for towing if required take a look at the options and get a few quotes from local shops
