You are contacting the valves with the pistons. The crank/valve timing is off. Recheck the timing marks and you will be off.

normal thread you may need a gear puller to get the gear off make sure that you do not drop the key into the sump use a 1/12 " impact wrench to remove the bolt as it is difficult to stop the crankshaft turning other wise

It doesn't have a blowoff valve it has what is known as a recirculation valve .. blowoff valves vent to atmosphere while recirculation valves reroute the air because it has a mass airflow sensor

Yeah Brother, makes no diff what make the vehicle is, when the knuckle on the wiper arm is warn, and they all do, it will make the wiper blades jump like that when in use. You're only recourse is to buy new wiper arms for your toy. They won't do that any more, or till the new ones are warn.

You need to scan the car. The fault light will be logging a fault and is the place to begin diagnosis.
The crankshaft position sensor can cause hot start issues when they start failing and is a good suggestion (and a relatively inexpensive part), but you should see what the computer thinks is wrong first and move forward from there

The dash of the A4 will house the immobiliser amongst other things.
There may well be a module not going into "sleep" mode after car shut down. It will need repair or replacement to sort it out.

May be a broken waste gate

Take it to an Audi dealer. Could have been a bad alternator, and another bad alternator if they didn't use Audi part. Don't use cheap rebuilt Chinease stuff on your Audi.

Other windows work? Could be the regulator,motor, or switch. Pull the switch(pops out from the rear) pull the plug for the motor. You'll need a wiring diagram. Put power and ground the the window motor. If it doesn't move, swap the wires. If it still doesn't move replace the regulator. It comes with the motor. If it does move up and down, replace the master switch.

Hi Robin Fascia 1 fuse box is located on the side of the dash you can reach it when you open the door, fuse 22 for the RH side, 5 Amp fuse 23 for the LH side, 5 Amp Good luck

"It's not coming on" is NOT a reasonable starting point. If you don't know what to do, best to take the vehicle to a competent mechanic.

Are you asking what the PIN code actually is, or what your PIN code is?

The PIN code in the case of your car will give you access to the Dash module via VCDS or other VAG specific software, which in turn will give you access to the immobiliser for key programming - I suspect you know this!

A PIN by its very nature is a security code.
Finding it for an individual car is difficult, as the only people with access to that information is Audi/VW and they guard that information very well.

From information I've been able to gather, it may be possible to retrieve the PIN through some specialist software like VAGTacho.
